Mr. Qi Guancheng, a Chinese national born in 1966, possesses a master's degree with over three decades of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry. He held a prominent position as a member of the SGS Group Management Committee for a commendable period of 17 years. During his tenure, Mr. Qi assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at SGS Group, overseeing operations in China, Hong Kong, North American Consumer Goods, and Northeast Asia. Additionally, he served as President of both SGS-CSTC China and SGS Hong Kong, and held various vice presidential positions within SGS Global Consumer & Retail Services and Industrial Services Business Groups. Since 16 October 2023, he has been a director of the Company.
