2. Do ceramic products have to be tested with 6 molded products?

Yes. According to the American standard test, the average value of 6 samples needs to be taken.

3. Is it difficult for PP pellets to pass the test?

In a way, it is. FDA 177.1520 originally applies to the resin material.If mineral fillers (calcium carbonate, glass fiber, etc.) are added to the raw resin, the density and melting point will inevitably change, and it is easy to fail. It is recommended to send the original resin without mineral material and coloring agent for testing.
