NG28 Onboard electronics reliability laboratory is located in Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai. It covers an area of more than 2000 square meters and has more than 300 sets of equipment.

The laboratory team is experienced in providing on-board electronic product testing capabilities including 12V low voltage system, 48V hybrid system and part of high voltage system.

Based on ISO16750, GB28046, USCAR-2, LV124, LV214, LV148, VW80000, GMW3172, GMW3191 and other mainstream international, national and OEM standards, testing methods and standard capabilities cover automotive lights, controllers, sensors, interior electronics, entertainment systems, motors, wiring harnesses and other products.

For the electrical performance detection of conventional and unconventional products, the test system built by high-speed programmable power supply, oscilloscope and high-precision multimeter is applied, which is incapable in some test items such as PIN interruption, Switch battery line and so on.

In addition to using the traditional testing system, NG28 has also invested in the import of relevant complete sets of equipment to cover the whole project of electrical performance testing.

According to different product functions, testing efficiency and result accuracy can be greatly improved.

The laboratory is specially equipped with strobe color illuminometer, color imaging luminance meter, color spectral luminance meter and high-precision three-axis measurement platform for specific requirements of current electronic products, such as atmosphere light, interior Smart light, HUD and display screen, etc., to ensure that all detection requirements of products are covered.

As the small parts of electronic products, the quality of connectors may directly affect the normal work of products.

We put a full set of professional testing equipment, including plug fatigue, high precision UTM (in addition to the normal force and displacement control, also can realize force and time control, displacement and time control and other functions, and export testing curve), dimensions’ measurement, the terminal welding quality analyzer, X-ray and other testing means, to ensure that from a small terminal to the connectors and reliable work.
