On July 03, 2018, THE STATE COUNCIL issued the "Three-year Action Plan to Win the Battle for a Blue Sky". According to the Standard setting requirements of battle for a blue sky, from December 1, 2019 to March 7, 2020, Standardization Administration of the P.R.C. has released nine mandatory national standards to regulate the VOC test methods and content limits of Coatings, inks, cleaning agents and adhesives. These standards have all been implemented, and it means that products and services that do not meet the mandatory standards cannot be produced, sold, imported or provided.
