Regulation Updates for November:

1. India TEC issued Notification on September 27, 2024, extending acceptance of ILAC test reports for the below products until December 31, 2024.

2. India MEITY extended the Phase VII CCTV Camera requirement from April 9, 2024, to April 9, 2025.

3. ICTA in Cayman Islands published a press release, enableing the 5G network.

4. On September 16, 2024, Argentina ENACOM published Resolución 748/2024 which added some frequencies for Digital Multichannel Systems (MXD).

5. Brazil ANATEL issued the new Act 14430, which adds to Act 315 and Act 3152. The effective date is April 6, 2025.

6. UAE MOIAT published Resolution No. 137 of 2024 on September 16, 2024, which updated the ECAS label. Implementation date will be 6 months (by March 15, 2025) from publication for new products and within 1 year (by September 14, 2025) for products with the old logo.

7. OFCA in Hong Kong China will cease WWAN 2G services on November 8, 2024.

8. Vietnam MIC shut down 2G services on October 15, 2024.
